The Lead Female Leadership & Mentoring Program offers female-identifying students access to inclusive and holistic academic support, mentoring, leadership development, and community engagement opportunities.
Lead is a leadership and mentoring program, which seeks to improve access, retention, and completion of underrepresented female-identifying students at 博彩网站. It engages students in educational, cultural, and civic engagement opportunities, all while building strong personal and professional networks. Lead promotes leadership, self-advocacy, and self-development.

Goals
- Lead seeks to improve access, retention, and completion of underrepresented female-identifying students.
- Leadership: Provide opportunities to enhance and develop leadership skills
- Self-advocacy: Build confidence, self-esteem, and character while promoting positive habits
- Networking: Build strong personal and professional networks
- Self-development: Engage students in educational, cultural, and civic engagement opportunities
Services
- Individualized support and a primary point of contact with the Lead team.
- Invitations to in-person and virtual meetings, workshops, and events, academic skill development, self-improvement, financial literacy, and cultural enrichment.
- Access to peer and professional mentors.
- Assistance in course selection, registration, financial aid/FAFSA, and scholarship applications.
- Leadership development opportunities that will impact your success inside and outside of the classroom.
- Transfer advising and transfer visits to 4-year colleges and universities, including tours, information sessions, and student activities.
- Sponsorship for participation in leadership development programs, conferences, and training.
- Summer Business Leaders Owning Opportunity Matters (BLOOM) Bridge program for students who may be interested in majoring in a business program, a business career, or transferring into a business program at a four-year college or university.
Students also attend bi-weekly meetings to stay up to date on upcoming opportunities and events.

Monday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
